Full Moon Meditation, Cacao Ceremony & More with Sibel

In this full moon cacao ceremony, Sibel will guide you through psychedelic breathing, sound bathing and spiritual journaling to help you connect back to your heart to ultimately get higher guidance.

You will dive deep into your heart, your higher self, leave the "usual" everyday life behind and tune into a new level of consciousness. The aim is to find a deeper connection to yourself for inner growth and understanding.

For centuries, ceremonial raw cacao has been used to heal the mental, physical and spiritual body. Cacao is rich with emotional and spiritual benefits that have not only worked for ancient cultures, but also the new wave of people who are embracing cacao in the world today and allowing it to open and heal them.

The word cacao actually came from the Maya word Ka’kau, and the Maya word Chokola’j, which means to drink chocolate together. You probably already know that cacao comes from the cacao bean, which is also used to make chocolate.

The cacao plant is seen as a medicinal plant and has been used for a number of spiritual, medicinal and ceremonial purposes throughout history. Shamanic healing is one of the oldest holistic healing practices, which has been used by ancient cultures worldwide for centuries. A cacao ceremony is actually a type of shamanic healing, but it doesn’t have hallucinogenic or “out of body” effects, unlike some other shamanic experiences. There are so many different ceremonies in existence today. Some will lead you through a journey of dance, while others will centre on meditation and inner reflection. Through opening the heart, cacao enables us to hear our true self, work through blockages and past traumas, dissolve any pent-up negative energy, and help us align with who we truly are.

Ceremonial raw cacao is packed with vitamins and minerals that are great for cardiovascular health. It is renowned for releasing dopamine and endorphins in the body, which soothe symptoms of PMS as well as depression, by boosting our mood. Cacao contains anandamide, which is known as the bliss molecule. This is the same thing produced in your body when you feel a rush of good energy after a workout. Plus, it helps to balance blood sugar levels, and create more blood flow to the brain; helping to strengthen awareness and focus. It’s also naturally packed with caffeine, which acts as a burst of energy and is said to enhance creativity and encourage deep meditation.

Psychedelic breathing refers to a variety of breathwork techniques used to experience an altered state of consciousness. These techniques are practiced as part of personal growth, as well as therapeutic exercises for those looking to heal from negativity and trauma.

Psychedelic breathwork is essentially an intense form of mindfulness or meditation. It uses the breath to create a relaxed internal state, which allows you to pull your focus inward, quiet the mind, and ignore the outside world.

These breathing techniques will bring you into an altered state of consciousness, open up your subconscious mind and give you the chance to experience a journey to your inner self. DMT-like hormones are released from the body, which can give you a sort of high, happy, even ecstatic feeling during the process. Afterwards, you will experience a very sharp clarity that will cultivate from within for a long time. Activating these hormones in the body can have a very healing effect on depression and anxiety, even trauma can be processed or released in this way.

Sibel is a trained breath coach and will guide and accompany you professionally.

Sound Bathing is so much more than just a relaxation experience. As the frequencies and vibrations permeate through our bodies and harmonize with our soul, our own energetic balance becomes equalized.

Sound has a unique healing element, as each musical note relates to a certain energy centre within and surrounding our bodies. Our own bodies are similar to those of instruments in the sense that as time progresses, we can become “out of tune”, so to speak and in need of a re-calibration.

As we sink into the meditation, our body's energy centres are washed over by healing sounds, clearing the subconscious of energetic and emotional blockages, while nourishing each individual cell inside.
