For most adults, inverted yoga postures require a lot of courage and self-confidence. We are afraid of falling over, or think we do not have the needed strength or flexibility to practice them.
This workshop is suitable for all who are interested in exploring the rules of gravity, developing new perspectives and broadening their horizons.
Perhaps you have never practiced inversions before but would like to learn how, or maybe you want to refine your technique to achieve the next level of your practice. No matter your situation, all levels are welcome.

What will you learn?
In this 3-hour practice you will learn how to prepare inverted postures such as headstand, forearm stand and handstand, step by step. With targeted warm up exercises and technique breakdowns implementing important alignment principles, Daniel will help you prepare your body, head and the heart for the change of perspective.
