Soma Sensation Class

“From the moment I surrendered,

I let go of who I was,

and made space for the person,

I wanted to be.”

Join us at BEYOND in Kreuzberg on Sunday 22.05 for an inspired session of body-work-meets-mindfulness, taught by the guest teacher Ben Munday. His SomaSensation class brings feeling and insight together through movement, somatic therapy and mindfulness to support people to step into their authentic self and live more fully.

Combining embodied practices such as yoga, meditation, breath and workout, you will reconnect with the wisdom of the body through conscious and unconscious movement, to feel more grounded and empowered.

You can expect:

  • Exploring the cross-over between mindfulness and body-ful-ness to experience a holistic class of intensity and sensitivity.

  • Experiencing different somatic practices to expand our conscious understanding of our bodily experience.

  • Learn the benefits of embodied, present-moment feeling through sensations with research based knowledge.

  • Develop body-mind intelligence.

  • Learn to identify personal reactions and responses to life stimuli, develop capacity through self-trust

  • Feel safe and supported in a non-judgemental space

  • Develop tools and techniques to apply outside of class - personally and professionally.

This session’s flow will be guided with sensory gifts such as sound, light and scent as we come home to the body; sign-up and drop-in, as we embrace Sunday’s day of healing, resourcing for the week to come.

Details: Sunday May 22nd, 11am at BEYOND Kreuzberg, €24. To sign up, please follow the link to our booking system.
