We are looking for a talented individual like you to join our team as a full-time Studio Manager.
This position will be responsible for the operations of the BECYCLE studio. The selected candidate will provide the vision, leadership, and energy to drive the business to excel, while promoting an outstanding studio experience for all customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the studio by communicating the BECYCLE vision and executing the long term strategic plan along with the Founder
Manage the day-to-day operations of the studio
Analyze financial performance and key metrics
Develop regular action plans to drive business results and achieve financial goals
Plan and execute all aspects of staffing for the studio, including headcount and talent development, in partnership with the Founder
Foster a high-performing team and Studio by training and motivating all employees to provide excellent customer service and to meet goals
Work close with the Founder to ensure all policy and procedures are properly implemented in the Studio
Manage inventory and sales of merchandise, in partnership with the Founder
Marketing initiatives and event planning within the Studio, while partnering with the external parties (agencies etc)
Embody the company culture of BECYCLE in all interaction with internal and external contacts
Perform other related duties as may be assigned by Senior Management
Manage and oversee cleaning staff, helper shifts and optimizes process
Manage general maintenance of the studio & bike mechanics
Assist in hiring and training
REQUIREMENTS
Fluent in German & English
Communication and interpersonal skills
Management skills in training, mentoring and motivating employees
Marketing skills
Great organizational skills
Passion for fitness, wellness and the BECYCLE brand
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE
Experience in luxury fitness, retail or hospitality environments advantageous
Experience of customer service
Experience in Marketing
Ability to bring experience and exposure of “best practices” to the organization
Proven track record in providing successful leadership to a team
