What's your best strategy to stay motivated? Keep myself challenged. Never get too comfortable.
The best thing we can do for ourselves after a workout is... feel gratitude and put the good energy you’ve got out in the world.
Is there a special dietary regime you follow? What changes have you seen or felt since you have started it? I weight my food and count my calories. Since I started tracking my diet my results improved a lot at the gym and on the bike.
What are your top three exercises to do at home? As soon as I wake up I have a 10 min session of stretching focused on hip mobility and lower back.
What are your tips to have energy all day? I always have a healthy snack in my bag.
What's your favourite motivational quote? You may not be able to control every situation and its outcome, but you can control your attitude and how you deal with it.
