If looks are anything to go by, you can tell Bertrand takes his job as a HIIT instructor seriously! This personal trainer is an expert in calisthenics and weights, and as a certified life coach, he will have you believing everything is possible during his workout.

What is your go-to breakfast on a busy morning? 8 eggs, cooked ham or bacon (for an extra protein hit), diced pepper, diced onion, salt, pepper.

What's your best strategy to stay motivated? Seeing my vision board every morning when I wake up keeps me motivated.

The best thing we can do for ourselves after a workout is... Eat something and take a nap for your muscles to recover. 

Is there a special dietary regime you follow? I'm currently on low carbs high protein to build lean muscles.

What are your top three HIIT moves? Burpees, mountain climbers and squats.

What are your tips to have energy all day? Start your day by doing exercises, listing to a motivational speech while training, eat lots of fruits and more importantly surround yourself with positive people.
