SARA

Sara started dancing with the Royal Academy at the age of three. Through classical ballet and contemporary dance she developed a deep understanding and love for movement and body awareness. Sara’s barre classes will leave you feeling revitalised, with a sense of having completed a great workout. The sessions are soundtracked with a mix of ambient electronic music and deep house to keep you focused.

What is your go-to breakfast on a busy morning? 

What's your best strategy to stay motivated?  Meditating and creating achievable goals.

The best thing we can do for ourselves after a workout is... a long hot shower.

Is there a special dietary regime you follow? What changes have you seen or felt since you have started it? I’ve become plant-based recently. I love it because I know I can do something positive for the environment and I’m also feeling lighter!

What are your top three exercises to do at home? I like stretching at home.. and doing yoga. If I want a proper workout I’ll go outside for a run.

What are your tips to have energy all day? Keep hydrated! And get enough sleep.
