What is your go-to breakfast on a busy morning? Porridge with banana, walnut and a sprinkle of cinnamon.

What's your best strategy to stay motivated? Stay focused and work hard 6 days a week but let yourself have a day where you treat yourself so you don’t lose the will to live. 

The best thing we can do for ourselves after a workout is... An ice cold shower to reduce soreness and speed up recovery.

Is there a special dietary regime you follow? What changes have you seen or felt since you have started it? I’ve been vegan for nearly 3 years now and I feel healthier and more energetic than I ever did before.

What are your top three exercises to do at home? Nothing beats hip raises to really feel the burn in the butt! But I also love lunges and I try to not to forget about my calf muscles so I do rises, which are also great for ankle stability!

What are your tips to have energy all day? At least 3 litres of water every day.

What's your favourite motivational quote? Do today what others won’t so you can do tomorrow what others can’t.
