Instructor Insights: Karen

Karen

Karen is our dutch import with the most wonderful accent. Her nurturing nature and vivacious energy makes it hard not to love her. Karen moved from the Netherlands to Dusseldorf with her family in 2013 and we are thankful she did! Each time you click into your bike, Karen will not only make you sweat, she will make you sparkle! If she is not in the ride room to push you to your best results of the day, she is there to train new ride instructors. With her experience of over 10 years in the cycling industry and her fun and motivating teaching style, she is successfully turning eager ride students into Rockstars on the podium. Her motto: “You are only one bike ride away from a good mood!”
