What is your go-to breakfast on a busy morning? I didn’t used to be a breakfast person, but I’m slowly trying to change this. If I’m in a rush I’ll have a green smoothie with spinach, banana, chia and spirulina, or if I have more time I’ll throw together avocado, egg and hummus with spinach. If you can’t tell already - you’ve got yourself a big spinach fan here.
What's your best strategy to stay motivated? I’m obsessed with making lists of what I want to achieve each day, and listening to motivational podcasts when I need an extra push. My favourites are How I Built This and - don’t judge me on this one - Tony Robbins.
The best thing we can do for ourselves after a workout is... I’m a big believer in stretching and then jumping in the bath after a long run outside.
Is there a special dietary regime you follow? I don’t follow a particular diet, but I tend to stay away from meat and focus more on veges and grains, such as quinoa. I’ve also become obsessed with gut health and probiotics, so I make my own kombucha and try to add fermented foods into my meals.
What are your tips to have energy all day? If I have time, I’ll fit in a quick workout around lunch - it’s the best way to clear my mind and break up the day. I also recently discovered the matcha lattes at My Goodness, and they give me a much slower release of energy compared to coffee.
What's your favourite motivational quote? I’m not sure if it’s motivational, but I love the motto ‘The cure for anything is salt water. Sweat, tears, or the sea’ by Kate Blixen.

Best restaurant in Berlin: Chicha - they have the best ceviche in Berlin!

Best place to dance in Berlin: I don’t do it often, but Ohm always has a great line up
Favourite exercise: I love intense training such as HIIT and strength conditioning workouts, or a long yoga class
Dog, cats, neither? I grew up with cats but Berlin has turned me dog-obsessed.
