Here at BECYCLE, we’re pretty lucky to have such devoted and awesome instructors. Who doesn’t want to spend time with high-quality people while getting in a great workout? If you’re always looking forward to the next ride class with AJ, or Sven’s next kickass HIIT class, you’re in luck - both AJ and Sven are offering personal training sessions to expand on their classes here at BECYCLE.

Personal training can be an incredible way to reconnect with yourself and achieve goals you thought were impossible. At every step of the way, you have your own cheerleader to encourage you to push through what you thought were your limits. Whether your goal is to be stronger, leaner, faster (or you’re just looking for an endorphin rush) -- a trainer can help you be the best version of yourself.

Personal training is especially effective because your workout is tailored to your exact needs, and you can easily track your progress across sessions.

Starting with focusing on, the most effective, the basic exercises first to progress and reach your goals. The trainings will be a mix of resistance training tailored to your needs combined with a finisher that will make you sweat and challenge you physically and mentally.
