What is your go-to breakfast on a busy morning? I normally never eat breakfast, as I chose the Intermittent Fasting approach as my nutrition lifestyle.
What's your best strategy to stay motivated? Work in small steps, but always have your big goal in mind. Whenever I feel too tired to workout, I turn up the volume of my speakers and listen to some motivational song and think about the feeling after the workouts.
The best thing we can do for ourselves after a workout is… recovery: sauna, ice cold exposure and stretching.
Is there a special dietary regime you follow? What changes have you seen or felt since you have started it? Intermittent Fasting. I know we've all been told, as "breakfast is the most important meal of the day," but listen to me: that is not true! Lets face it, what most people eat for breakfast is some kind of starchy, sugary granola or a croissant. With that, you can say hello to an exploding blood sugar. Don’t be a sugar addicted slave. Have a great breakfast like some scrambled eggs, oatmeal and some fruit. Nutrition is such a personalized topic and you really have to find your own way to make it work. It has to fit into your day in a sustainable way. For me IF totally works into my daily schedule. I feel great doing it: more productive, more energized, more focused. And I don’t have to think about food all the time, ;)
What are your top exercises to do at home? Stick to the basics: pushups, squats, burpees and of course biceps curls ;)
What are your tips to have energy all day? Just keep going. Mind matters. And coffee…

Favourite exercise: Lunges. They are sooooo good for you and build a great butt.

What's your personal theme song? There is no real one. But I listen a lot to “So wie du bist” by MoTrip and songs I listened to in my teenage years.
You're stranded on an island. What's the one thing you'd wish you had and why? I don't really care about things, but I do care about people. So I would choose a massive plane to fly in all the people I care about. ;)
