What is your go-to breakfast on a busy morning? I like making over night oats. Soaking oats in almond milk with cinnamon, then in the morning adding all the good stuff like peanut butter, bananas, dried fruits, nuts and sometimes granola for some crunch. Tasty!
What's your best strategy to stay motivated? I try to stay focused by setting myself some challenges to complete by the end of each month. For example, checking out a new crossfit studio or a new type of workout I haven't done before. Signing up for the Velothon was Feb's challenge so that will keep me busy until May! Lol.
The best thing we can do for ourselves after a workout is… Refuel, hydrate and giving yourself a big pat on the back for getting the job done.
Is there a special dietary regime you follow? What changes have you seen or felt since you have started it? I don't really follow a particular food regime. I try to eat a balanced healthy diet. I like lots of green veggies and protein after workouts, fresh foods are always a winner. I don't try to restrict myself from too much, as I find this can also be unhealthy for the mind and I enjoy eating! Sugar is my only vice. I'm a bit of a sugar fean so I reign that in and only try to eat sugar once a week on a cheat day.
What is your go-to exercise at home? Running! I love going out for a run and you can do this pretty much anywhere. It's one of my favourite things to do when you are somewhere new. Even a cheeky run on holiday is amazing. I like long distances, but also short interval sprints to get an energy blast and burn those calories!
What are your tips to have energy all day? Ginger shot first thing in the morning before eating any food. It really energises you and wakes up your metabolism. I find this energises me more than coffee. Also keeping hydrated through the day I find keeps me fighting off that afternoon slump.
What's your favourite motivational quote if any? A little Becycle birdie told me this one and I love it: "Keep your squats low and your standards high." Made me laugh, when I heard her say it because it's so true!

Best Restaurant in Berlin: I don't know if its the best, but its one of my favourites, Cafe Mugrabi.
Best Bar in Berlin: Luzia is fun.
Best Place to dance in Berlin: Berghain.
Favourite exercise: I love a burpee.
Least favourite exercise: Forward lunge.
Dog, cats, neither? Why? Dogs, I like a pet that you can take for walks and play about with in the park. Cats will play with string, if they are in the mood, but otherwise they just look at you with their mean girl stare.
What's your personal theme song? Madonna's "Like a prayer." This song has a lot of good memories for me. It never fails to make me happy.
You're stranded on an island. What's the one thing you'd wish you had and why? A disco ball. Perfect situation for my desert island disco party!
