What is your go-to breakfast on a busy morning? I have coffee and a banana.

What's your best strategy to stay motivated? I visualize myself reaching my goals.

The best thing we can do for ourselves after a workout is... eat yummy food!

Is there a special dietary regime you follow? I eat well and love food.

What are your top three workouts you do at home? I like to do a seated meditation pose while taking deep breaths.

What are your tips to have energy all day? Eat a good breakfast and smile!

What's your favourite motivational quote if any? Just do it! No excuses.

Best Restaurant in Berlin: There are too many to choose from but Katz Orange in Mitte is a great place.
Best Bar in Berlin: I prefer coffee shops jeje
Best Place to dance in Berlin: CDV in the summer :) Holzmarkt is also good.
Favourite exercise: Yoga of course!
Least favourite exercise: working out on gym machines.
