What is your go-to breakfast on a busy morning? Eggs on toast with Vegemite.
What's your best strategy to stay motivated? Do the thing you don’t want to do when you don’t want to do it because it makes it so much easier to do the things you want to do.
The best thing we can do for ourselves after a workout is… If it’s a ride, do yoga. If it’s yoga, hydrate and sit quietly avoiding technology.
Is there a special dietary regime you follow? What changes have you seen or felt since you have started it? I eat pretty much anything but I do feel much better when I eat more fruit and veg.
What are your top three exercises to do at home? I tour a lot with my work so when I get to a new place I like to go for a run to explore the area. I usually throw in some push ups and pulls ups en-route.
What are your tips to have energy all day? Sleep well.
