What is your go-to breakfast on a busy morning? I skip it… and have a latte.
What's your best strategy to stay motivated? Being surrounded by inspiring humans… I looove humans and I find answers to my questions on my quest through humans… and sometimes through animals..plants…things…elements ;)
The best thing we can do for ourselves after a workout is... Oh that really depends… for sure to find a moment of gratitude for my body… it is not to be taken for granted that we are able to workout at all. Then all the mundane options, like food, sauna, chilling, homework… am I taking these questions too seriously??? ;)
Is there a special dietary regime you follow? Oh god, you know, as a chubby kid and at my age I have tried so many different things and they all worked at some point for some time…there is not one solution, at least not for me. For sure I can say less meat, less animal products and I try to exercise mindfulness when eating, and to be loving and forgiving when I fail my expectations.
What are your top three yoga poses? Sukhasana: cause here I connect to what connects all of us. Trikonasana: cause here I feel so alive and free. Shavasana: cause here I can take a bath in nothingness which is such a relief.
What are your tips to have energy all day? Haha there IS energy all day… it is not always high, and it does not need to be… but if I want it higher I use coffee and Himalayan Shilajit - magical!! Talk to me if you want to know more about it ;)
What's your favourite motivational quote? ‘To thy one self be true’ - go in and listen, listen closely.

Dog, cats, neither? Lived with 4 cats… loved it. Had a dog… still miss him. Animals are great.
What's your personal theme song? Oh god, probably something by Dolly Parton or Tommy Genesis.
You're stranded on an island. What's the one thing you'd wish you had? Hmmmm… thing? No thing… my man ;)
