What is your go-to breakfast on a busy morning? On a busy morning I will usually make some scrambled eggs and smoothie and if I am really short for time just a protein shake and banana on the go!
What's your best strategy to stay motivated? Just to remember my goal everyday and stay focused on it whatever it may be and even a collection of photos for inspiration stuck to your fridge can help.
The best thing we can do for ourselves after a workout is... a good full body stretch, holding long enough on each muscle group and to drink a protein shake after your workout.
Is there a special dietary regime you follow? What changes have you seen or felt since you have started it? I’m lucky to love healthy food and usually very strict with what I eat, never been a fan of junk food. I drink green tea and take vitamin C and cod liver oil supplements daily (my Gran swore by them).
What are your top three HIIT moves? 1. body weight squats 2. hold the plank 3. bicycle crunch
What are your tips to have energy all day? Drink plenty of water and add multi vitamins into your diet. Also by doing daily exercise you will feel like you have more energy.
What's your favourite motivational quote? ‘What's for you won't go by you!’
