Growing up in Australia, Alex fell in love with dancing. After studying musical theatre and performing arts, she choreographed and danced around the world, but her true passion was in fitness. Now she's a Nike Master Trainer developing her own workouts that cultivate strength and elegance. What is your go-to breakfast on a busy morning? Oats and whey.

What's your best strategy to stay motivated? Have a vision board and stay accountable to someone else (a coach). 

The best thing we can do for ourselves after a workout is... Eat the right foods.

Is there a special dietary regime you follow? What changes have you seen or felt since you have started it? Clean whole food. Every meal is a balance of protein, carbs and veggies. I’ve seen and felt an increase in lean mass, lower body fat, better concentration and more focus.

What are your top three exercises to do at home? Lunges, lunges and burpees.

What are your tips to have energy all day? Eat regularly.

What's your favourite motivational quote? Be prepared or prepare to fail.
